 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 1–2 business days for the tracking link to become active.

 Delayed or Missing Deliveries

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not liable for delays due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Carrier-related issues outside our control

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we’ll help investigate and assist with a reshipment or claim process as needed.

If tracking shows no delivery confirmation and the package is lost, we will issue a reshipment.
If tracking confirms delivery, a case will be opened for investigation. Refunds are not issued until that investigation is resolved.
